Is There a Random Effect on Injuries in Football?

I think it's super creative. My skepticism is that I'm not sure how strong that signal will be in predicting the length of tenure. You would need a lot of events, and we need to show basically that when these events happen in critical times in people's career, like their rookie year, that does shorten tenures. It reminds me of the Michael Lewis book, The Blind Side.
