Norby when weener cybernetics systems theory because if you look at kind of the chinese what do they call it the social management system a lot of it is inspired by this whole cybernetics. There's a student of karman who was here in the u.s and then his security clearance got revoked he got basically his career stalled here and then he went back home to china. He started all sorts of things there the rocket program basically the the use of systems theory for social management. Their grand dream is this kind of autonomic system right which is self-managing self-healing system that can just build a system like this.
