I feel like at the very least these things need to end up somewhere in a queue where it's like, okay, here's a list of things that we could be working on. And now the engineers are free to pick out the ones that they find interesting to work on. I don't think he was totally saying that like engineers are the ones that are coming up with what exact features to build and then just doing them totally uninitiated,. You know, but I feel pretty strongly that you need to have product leadership involved in what's being built next. It can really mess up your cadence. A lot of times in drip features we build may take four to six weeks to build
