Doing Body Body Weight Exercises Every Single Day

I don't like lifting weights. I never got the runners high either, but i did really enjoy for a while doing just body weight exercises all the times. The only other thing that i noted is to like, be very, very gentle with myself and build up very, very gradually. If you're interested in doing any wats, you should just, liok up a push pull leg routine, so you alternate days. Push pull legs, push pull legs. That's what i do. It's great. Nice as ate running is not a substitute for doing leg day, unfortunately. Every time i do leg day, there are parts of my leg that i forgot existed that hurt.
