The One Thing That Is Still There Is Northern Ireland
There were some Remainers within Unionism and they don't like the way things have unfolded. For them, the one thing that trumps everything else is Northern Ireland's position within the United Kingdom. And any notion of the European Court of Justice having any say in Northern Ireland is just anathema to them. Sammy Wilson, who's one of the right hand men of Geoffrey Donaldson within the senior leadership of the DUP, says he doesn't want to see any EU laws applying in Northern Ireland - even at the moment.
