Arpodman: Interviewing people isn't something that everybody can do. We record the conversation, we ask for consent and then pay them after they have finished. He says he keeps notes on what is notable to him as well as transcriptions of his interviews. Arpodman: I personally prefer to watch the viter and keep notes because when i watched some one speak, i can feel the empathy. It's actually better than transcribing the contents You lose a lot of the sentiment of the person.
