The Worst Parts of Being a Design Team of One?

Anpisan: I was a design team of one for couple of months until new designers joined. It's not limited to just small start ups, it cant happen with big companies as well,. Or maybe for a brief moment in time, tha design team is understaffed andit just so happens that it's one person. Ecto: If you're not lets o experience in your designer working with the small, not very ex mature organization just yet, then you might suffer from all those cindrums like how do i get a buying for you te research? How do i edicate my team, the stake holders? How do we communicate that we need to build this minium
