I wonder why it's been a big theme in your career, which is to talk a lot about your privilege and appropriation. There are plenty of rappers, white rappers, Beastie Boys, Eminem, LP, who they don't necessarily do it. I mean, so much popular culture is rooted in black art forms. But I wonder why for you, it has been something that you talk about a lot and that you've written music about. It's the truth, plain and simple.
