Is This a Minority Report?

i teach minority report at samford university, and i show my students minority from time to time. We talk about free will and the world of minority report. I guess one thing that i like to ask in that kind of case is, what would the world have t be like for me to go through with the action? And if it would require that the past have been different,  it's unclear in minority report how exactly were supposed to interpret these premonitions. But once you start thinking what would have to be the case for philip to lie, i can't shake the feeling that he can't lie. Well, i wouldn't have gotten that combination to the lock.
