Tania Hill was working at a McDonald's last month when an armed woman came in, forcing Tania and other staffers into the freezer. Her mother, Terry Clark, who is assistant operations manager for the Emergency Dispatch Center called 911 to get help on the way. "I heard my child say mama sent a police there robbing us," she says of hearing her mom make that emergency call.
