I like that holistic approach where you're not ignoring any aspect of your general health, because i can certainly impact your ability to recover from an injury. Adapt a in stresses. I'm interested in the exercise part of treatment. What about more arobic forms of cross training? Are you thinking about cycling, pool running, the elliptical, swimming? Is that helpful for runners? You know, i don't really see it as a building activity, but at the same time, can see the value in reabilitation.
