Coaches Are Not Always Reliable When It Comes to Sharing the Truth
i see so many coaches not share the truth in a way that players actually hear that truth, because they're so afraid of it hurting their feelings. We can't be eden throwing 90 mile por our soft balls to a five year old, right? But we still nead to give the truth. There is deftly a place for us to to listen, as we said earlier, and to empathize. But when it comes to communicating truth to our ars, we need to be intentional about how we deliver that truth.
