Drew Barrymore's Protest About the Naked Woman in the VHS Cut
Drew Barrymore said she knew a body double was being used to shoot extra footage, but was surprised by the nature and extent of the nude scenes. It makes me so angry you see red, Barrymore said, it's a nightmare. The protest came two years after she had told a reporter, on the set of Poison Ivy, that she would have preferred to bear her own breasts than be doubled.
