The Importance of Balance in Training

If you have a hard time carrying things during the day, you better think about that when you're training. You should be able to hold your own body weight, whatever you are now. I watch runners for fun, like an analyzer movement. Most people go about their life and they're not thinking about it. But if it's that one moment, like I'm going to stand up a little taller and balance my center of mass while I'm carrying this whole food bag and walking upstairs,. That could make a huge difference over time on their knees on a lot of things.
