Companies should be considering the cost of not embracing remote work and distributed work. Remote companies have been able to reduce time to hire by about 50% while opening up the talent acquisition top of funnel through accessing locations outside their home country. And this has had dramatic effects on the ability of those businesses to bring their own product or service to market.
