The DPP vs the KMT in Local Elections

There seems to be an emerging class of voters in Taiwan Which I'm terming the conservative safe bet voters And this is a theory I put forward just before the election. There are some voters out there That are independent and it's important to remember that everyone Tends to focus on the percentage of the population that supports the DPP versus the KMT. Now again I'm going to be crunching the data to see if I can tease out Whether or not an accurate theory or not But it actually would explain a lot of voter behavior.
