What Is Your Theory of Change?

I think you're a really interesting Greens leader. What is your own theory of change? It's an error for parliamentarians to think that change can only come from Parliament. I'm not saying that as a sledge I'm just saying that diagnostically right and it's about pushing sort of ideas until their time has come in a way or at least trying to accelerate the time in which very sensible ideas come. We've had some good gains in Parliament and then perhaps they have we haven't had a strong enough movement on the ground to back up those gains, he says.
