What's the Nature of Trust?

People want to share things, but only on their own terms. A system that just doesn't allow data go out ever, nobody's going to use it. And so it's a constant balance. This is an ongoing area of research of how to manage these consent and authorization ceremonies with users in ways that both inform them and don't necessarily just scare people off unnecessarily.
