What Is Housing First?

i want to talk about contemporary homelesness policy, and particularly the sotof edifice that's known as housing first. What we really need to do is punnl resources to them, ok? So whether it's cash or whether its subsidizes housing, that's a less paternalistic, truly right space from our moral perspective. Longer term, i the i think it's a little bit fuzsier what kind of lives people and these housing first housing programms.
