Hoyt's World-Bringers

World-singer is the commonly used phrase, including by Sigzel in Stormout Archive. World-bringers is a different title, but we have seen them related before. I am curious if there's a promotion hierarchy where, you know, Sigzel is a world-singer and Hoyt is a world.-bringer because he like uses other people or in his past collected stories,. But now he's responsible for bringing something of culture or society to places. We don't get an answer, but I'm incredibly curious.
