Women usually carry more t in a way than men do, not because they have less, more fat and not as much muscle. I think i've found they just have more base strength, like inthe jim strength,. So if you throw them some heavier weight, it doesn't have the same impacts as you would see with a woman. That's what i feel like i was really missing as an athlete myself. Like, when i started training, i did lots of volume and lots of endurance training, but i didn't hardly do any strength training.
