Can We Exclude Functions From C and Not Convert Them?

Rust is a new Rust-based programming language. It's designed to be memory safe, but it also has its own set of paradigms. There are several ways you can write code in Rust without having to rewrite the whole thing. For example, if you want to do this one function at a time, Rust could transpile your source code into C and then use that as an argument for rewriting later.
