Sometimes people don't want to sign up for work because they feel like, well, if i have some and then i know i'm going to do it, and i don't really feel like doing it. I think that's really but if you have that insight, it tells you something about the kind of work you're doing, right? Like, yes, something that lights it doesn't light you up, ok? It's a value.
