The Importance of Friendship in the Workplace
Felix: Can I push back on the notion of the social relations that are supposedly very different at work and outside work? One of the big historical changes is that the circle that was naturally your family, that's a very small circle now. So we see more and more people living by themselves. And so we shouldn't be harkening back to some weird idea of some nuclear family with 2.5 kids in a garage. It's just not that important as it once was.
