How Novartis Is Using Digital Technology to Better Identify Patients

Novartis is working on two aspects of digitalization, intellectual, digital use and using artificial intelligence to better identify patients. Another area we are using digital technology is what I call the double personalization of information. We can actually have large databases and customize the information we get to the doctor to make it right for the patient. And that's what the area we are dealing with more on the capital of the things side or pharmaceutical industry in my teams.
