Tips for a Division One Athlete

I've lived almost to physical fitness lives where for the first I started playing football when I was in high school so between my football career was really eight years. The fundamental things that are gonna last me a long time are building habits of moving every day and healthy eating etc. So if I can lose five more I'll be able to say I lost 100 pounds which is something I think I just want to says we'll see if this is the long term sustainable but on that for on it was from the jump kind of identifying diet and exercise that I think was long-term sustainablewhich we can talk about for sure.
