So spending some time on our own prioty lists, being on them and taking some actions in support of our health, yes, please. But doing all the things all the time? No, no. That's said. We've spoken before about how spreading movement across a day is ideal but something's been clueing me into just how many hours i spend not moving - it's a lot.
