The Fundamental Unit of Capital Markets
The people are the fundamental unit of capital markets. That's a really nice way to look at things given and look you're a younger guy but you still have to go back and look at everything that's come before you. I talk about how alchemists actually for all of their work a lot of the work they did was of course trying to turn basic stuff into precious metals. It was only once we grasp what the fundamental units of matter looked and felt and looked like that we could really begin to do important work in physics.
