He says he doesn't think Joe Biden or Kamala Harris will be running on the Democratic ticket for 2024 presidential election. But there are so many moving parts in terms of foreign policy and global affairs right now,. you could have a situation where somebody like Mike Pompeo becomes the hate to use the term 'dark horse'
