Profilicity Concerns in Transgender Transition

There appears to be an evident shift in kind of a profile concerns over authenticity concerns. What do you think motivated this transition between the relying on one's identity in terms of authenticity and now kind of uh carrying more about your one's profile? I think it has to do simply put with the emergence of the brand of branding which represents a shift from first to second order observation.
