I think anyone who says they're good at hiring is lying. Because there's so many human biases that we have, and when we run through an interview process, you know, we pick every person in return with a different set of biases. You can get signals for based on the interview, but how you present yourself in an hour or two has no impact on how you're actually going to be to deal with over months and years. I find that most people tend to be really poor at interviewing because they're just matching this pattern about what they're looking for rather than trying to match their intent.
