Farron: I think this question of encouraging Russians to surrender is actually going to be really, really significant in the weeks and months ahead. Putin has said that he's still not decided if he will attend the leader's summit, which this year is taking place in Indonesia. The most pressing challenge will be that Vladimir Zelensky has says that he will not take part in the G20 summit if Putin attends. But as we're seeing now, there's much more of a line being drawn in the sand on what kind of terms would for some sort of peace between Russia and the West.
