I Think There's a Major Disruption of the Phone Number Requirement
I think for something like Briar or Kutch to really make it into the mainstream would be Would be pretty miraculous. It's basically making all communication completely trustless and consent based Which I really like this idea of enforcing consent on all communications. My ideal world would be I actually have a phone With service on it, but I don't need a phone number and I can still get calls through whatever app. That would be one of the best things that could ever happen.
