Swedish real estate company Abbei has 17 years of increasing dividends by now. They offer commercial premises to companies and organizations in the Erassund Region. Their property value at the moment is around 55 billion Swedish crowns, largest shareholders Eric Paulson of 11%. The rental increase, the rental income increased around 9% compared to last year in 2022.
