The Role of Innovation in the Growth of the Gig Economy
There's a lot of innovation around kind of quick quick courses to retrain as an engineer or as a software designer, really impressive wage returns. But I do think you have to have the government come in behind to give that kind of security and confidence to people who understandably are trying to put food on the table for their kids. And it's good for the economy, as he said, with the GI Billets, it gives the government a return as well as the individual.
