Docusearch's Fraudulent Call to Amy Boyer

Liam Yowans requested Amy Boyer's details from a credit reporting agency. He also placed an order for her social security number. A docusearch employee called Liam to verify his order, asking no questions about why he wanted the information. Michelle Gambino pretended to be affiliated with an insurance company that owed Amy overpayment refund. By referencing Amy's social security number, date of birth and home address, Amy thought it was a legitimate call.
