The Dangers of Dioxin Exposure in the Ground
Dioxins, from what I understand, can bioaccumulate in animals. So a cow that was exposed to dioxin might actually be a risk for people that could eat that beef later on and even eggs from chickens that were exposed. Murray McBride is an environmental toxicologist at Cornell University. He thinks that the animals would be less likely to have breathed this in.
