The future of crypto regulation is being debated every day in Congress. The US government seems to believe that it's either a security or a commodity. I would argue most cryptocurrencies are securities and some arguably Bitcoin, Ethereum, the two biggest look a little bit more like commodities. "Crypto is trying really hard to rebuild from the ashes," Ethan says.
