The History of the Kensington Runestone
I think it has to do with mainly the era upon which it was all being found. If we had just moved here with the mindset that we have now and it's hard to say because it would be a different war with the Native American. I believe that it was a mindset with the people that were taking the lands away as the progress was happening, that they wanted to show that it was almost their right to have this land. And in order to make that right, you had to kind of hide some things. You couldn't go into it going, there is cultures here that we didn't even know existed.
