I think I'm going to experience far less D's and F's in the class but on a negative note even more than I think might otherwise happen then it becomes the end of the semester. It really does feel super transactional on the student side and then also on mine, so what a wonderful inspiration we can draw from her and her teaching. When goals are relevant to values and when they are important to us that is where they have real power. Help students think through okay what are the skills that are most important to you within this domain and how can your work in this course shape those skills.
