In the Beatitudes, Jesus says to love your neighbor and hate thine enemy. But there is nowhere where it says you should hate your enemy in Leviticus 19 18 or Josiah's "community rule" This can be a really challenging thing, but I think it's again the cost of discipleship. The story relates back to events surrounding the building of the Berlin Wall in the early 1960s.
