The Effect of Chemicals on the Human Mind
i've been interested in the psychology of religion for more than 30 years. Tried to understand what is going on when people have religious experiences. The only thing that is complicated is when we start to try to describe it in language. Sometimes they occur as result of a discipline, such as zen meditation or catholica contemplative prayer. And sometimes they occur as a result of certain ingestions of chemicals.
