Incentive just means we'll give you a push. So it's just we're encouraging you to do what we want to get done because the government gets to leverage. For a dollar of tax benefits, they can get $10 in return of production. And they can't do that if they spend the money themselves. Communism is extraordinarily expensive for the government. Whereas what capitalism does, capitalism gave the poor and the middle class a chance to rise up. It was the American dream. Even if you didn't go to school, you can be any race, any gender, you can still become rich. Right? But what happened? Huh? Go ahead.
