EA Community Building

I think one thing I hear from EA community building circles is the question of like can you make this into a long-term attractive career path and all secures with yeah. Well then maybe not to ask to existential question but how are you thinking about your own career kind of looking forward at least on the like two to five year scale? There's no clear long-term vision for what EA community building careers should be, so it's very hard for people to feel motivated and to coordinate to achieve this thing because it's not clear what that thing is. But if you break it down into different things into different types of roles and then try and concretize what you're trying to achieve
