How to Find the Right Culture for Your Company

The interesting thing about my role is that, though I have a defined scope, my role is new for the company and I'm basically building out the function. What I really appreciate most about business school is that it gave me a lot of exposure to a lot of different personalities around project and program management. It's really, really helped a lot of the stakeholder alignment that I do today.
