Jeff: We bought a rental property as an investment in 20 14. They just re financed it at three and a half % for 20 years. It's probably worth 600 now. One of the renters approached us about buying it. Jeff: I'd take the money and run. Thousand dollars a month is nothing. Selling it sold.
