i like to stake out places that can stimulate and for me, changing space does when i need to be creative. Going to a place with a slightly higher than average noise floor is huge because i get the chatter in the background,. And so i'm able to like, channel something new and and get a lot of creative energy out of that. So what are some of the things people need to be thinking about as they sit down and begin to kind of plan their day or week? We do an exercising around breathing workshop, just trying to release that tension and anxiety  because it's getting too overwhelming.
