i anthony dix and i came up with a list of just marketing principles. It's not about going again through some woke workshop or something like that. Inclusion really gets to the point of, like, two people feel welcome here? Do they feel like they belong here? You can have people of color on your staff, but if they're not allowed to tell the truth to you without risking their own job, then you don't really have inclusion in your company.
