Intermittent Exercise: A Time Efficient Way to Train

I think there's no question that intermittent exercise can be a very time efficient way to train where you can have similar improvements in a range of markers despite a markedly smaller total dose of exercise I think the evidence now is quite clear on that yeah. We tried to model it off public health guidelines and so we were looking for moderate exercise intensities but typically we're around 65 percent of VO2 max 70 percent of heart rate max in that range.
