Stress Inducing Work Environments

I used to work for the Academy of Motion Pictures and the Oscars. I oversaw digital media and marketing for them and I worked on nine Oscar shows which as you can imagine were plenty stressful. My most stressful time aside from show day is actually a few weeks before trying to get everything planned and in place. You want to be careful that you're not just absorbing the stress of the environment and other people's stuff.
